Returns
If you are not entirely happy with your product please ensure you return it unused within seven days (unfortunately earrings cannot be refunded due to hygiene reasons). I will be more than happy to provide a refund or you can exchange them for an alternative product. Please return the goods in the packaging that they were sent to you in. Items returned that arrive damaged or lost will not be refunded. The delivery charge on the original order will not be refunded. Goods damaged in transit to you will be replaced at no cost with free delivery. Please inform me of any breakage within three days of receiving the order. It is advisable that you obtain a free receipt of postage from the Post Office as proof of postage as no responsibility will be taken for parcels lost in transit.
